Semi-retirement from 33 years as aromatherapist and entrepreneur is not easy - especially when your career has been built around a passionate hobby.  I'm still tinkering with aromatic substances with time to focus on other ardent projects such as: gardening, sewing, genealogy research and writing a biographical memoir about experiences I had throughout my life; coping with my mother's mental health.

Forced adoption severely affected my Mum.  Her trauma became mine, and I didn't know why.  We were deeply enmeshed; I cared for her while liberating myself. Until my Memoir is published you can read a few journal entries here:
